At Protech Projection Systems, we stand behind our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day return window for most items to ensure your total satisfaction. All returns must be in original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA Number

  Contact our support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label and clearly write the RMA number on the outer shipping box, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
